No, this is not something that New Horizons found as that mission hasn't been launched yet.
It's Planet eZ publish , an aggregation of blogs about eZ publish, similar to Planet PHP that aggregates blogs about PHP.

I supose there will not only be content about eZ publish there. It will definitly also be a place for news about other eZ systems products (like eZ components for example! ;) and interessting content about PHP and open source in general.

For one of Xdebug's features (native path mapping), I currently support line mapping as in:
